At RankRider Solutions, all our products and services are digitally delivered — no physical shipping is required. Delivery details vary by product type.

1. Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Playbooks)

• All digital files are delivered instantly after payment via on-screen download link and/or email confirmation.
• If you don’t receive your file within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support@rankridersolutions.com
  for a reissue.
• You will have lifetime access to the version of the product you purchased at the time of delivery.
• Important Notice (UK & EU Customers):
  By downloading or accessing a digital product immediately after purchase, you waive your 14-day cooling-off right under the UK and EU Consumer Rights Directive, as the product is considered “consumed” upon download.

2. Custom Services (White Papers, Pitch Decks, Content Projects)

• Custom projects are delivered via email or Google Drive link upon completion.
• Turnaround time is communicated at the start of the project, based on the approved brief.
• You will receive regular progress updates and a final delivery confirmation email once the project is complete.

3. Plugins & Software (MetaMate AI SEO Plugin)

• Plugin licenses, access credentials, and download links are provided digitally after successful payment.
• Beta users will receive installation details and login information within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Product updates and improvements are distributed automatically or via email notifications.

4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If you haven’t received your digital product or access details within the expected timeframe:
• Contact support@rankridersolutions.com with your order number and purchase details.
• Our support team will verify your order and reissue your digital access or files promptly.
