1. About RankRider Solutions

RankRider Solutions is a UK-based health-tech content and clinical strategy consultancy founded and led by Dr Farhat Gull, MRCEM, FRCEM — a practising Emergency Medicine Consultant.

We produce white papers and clinical strategy advisory for health-tech companies and investor teams navigating NHS clinical AI adoption.

2. Services

We provide the following professional services:

• White Papers — Evidence-based white papers translating complex clinical realities into decision-ready content.
• Clinical Strategy Advisory — Helping health-tech companies understand NHS clinical environments and adoption barriers.

All services are delivered under these Terms.

3. Refund and Delivery

All products delivered digitally, no shipping.

4. Important Disclaimer

All published content — including industry reports, white papers, opinion pieces, and website content — represents the professional views and analysis of the author, Dr Farhat Gull, in her capacity as Founder of RankRider Solutions.

The views expressed are the author's own and do not represent the position of any NHS trust or other NHS organisation.

Content is produced for informational and thought leadership purposes only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice. Readers and organisations should seek appropriate professional advice before making procurement, clinical, or investment decisions.

5. Payments

• Payment terms are agreed in writing at the start of each bespoke engagement.
• A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on delivery.
• Payments are processed securely via agreed payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change. Any agreed project price will be honoured for the duration of that engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

• RankRider Solutions retains copyright and ownership of all original content, frameworks, methodologies, and designs.
• Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the final deliverables for their business purposes.
• Proprietary frameworks — including the Trust Gap Framework^TM, Clinical Decision Architecture^TM, AI Triage Adoption Maturity Curve^TM, Three Drivers of Clinical Distrust^TM, Trust Gap Equation^TM, and Clinically Trustworthy AI Framework^TM — remain the intellectual property of RankRider Solutions.
• Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged without prior written consent from RankRider Solutions.

7. Revisions & Delivery

• Each service includes the number of revisions specified in the project proposal.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.
• Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and the speed of client feedback.

8. Confidentiality

• Client project details are treated as strictly confidential.
• RankRider Solutions will not reference, share, or promote client work without explicit written permission.
• Clients may be asked to provide a testimonial following project completion — this is entirely voluntary.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By engaging our services or subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

All services are delivered with professional care and to the highest standard. However, RankRider Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes including:

• NHS procurement success.
• Investment outcomes or funding.
• Clinical adoption rates.
• Business growth or commercial results.

Use of our deliverables is at the client’s own discretion and professional judgement.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external sites including NHS publications, academic journals, and industry reports. We are not responsible for the content, data handling, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

RankRider Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted above.
