2. Bespoke Consultancy Services

White papers and clinical strategy advisory engagements are bespoke projects created specifically for each client.

• Payment terms are agreed in writing at the start of each engagement.
• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
• No refunds are issued for work already completed and delivered.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued within 7 days.
• Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included at no extra charge.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the final deliverables for their business.

RankRider Solutions retains ownership of all original frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
