At RankRider Solutions, our products and services are delivered digitally and often customised to your requirements. As a result, both refunds and returns are handled differently based on the type of product or service purchased.

1. Custom Services (White Papers, Pitch Decks, Strategy Documents, etc.)

Because all client projects are custom-created, work begins only after project confirmation.

Refunds & Returns:

  • Refunds are not available once work has started, as the service is bespoke and research-based.
  • Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included at no extra cost.
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund can be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Since services are delivered digitally, there are no physical returns applicable.

2. Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, Guides)

  • Under UK & EU law, buyers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content.
  • However, by downloading or accessing the file immediately, you acknowledge that the right to cancel is waived.
  • Therefore, all digital product sales are final once downloaded or accessed.
  • Digital items cannot be returned, as access is granted instantly and cannot be reversed.
  • If you experience a technical issue (broken link, corrupted file, etc.), contact support@rankridersolutions.com
    Within 7 days, we will provide a working file.


3. Plugins & Software (MetaMate AI SEO Plugin)

We aim to ensure smooth functionality and compatibility.

Refunds:
Refunds may be issued only when:

The plugin is defective, and

Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of your support request.

Refunds do not apply to:

Requests based on expectations beyond the listed features

Issues caused by unsupported themes, plugins, or hosting environments

Errors created by improper installation, modification, or third-party conflicts

Returns:

Software and plugins cannot be returned once activated or downloaded.

4. Returns Policy Summary

Because our products are digital and non-physical:

  • There are no physical returns.
  • Access to files, templates, or plugins cannot be revoked after download.
  • Services cannot be returned once work has begun.
  • Returns apply only to cases where a product was not delivered or is technically unusable and cannot be fixed.
