2. Payments
- Full upfront payment is required before custom work begins.
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, or SureCart.
- Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
3. Revisions & Delivery
- Each service includes the number of revisions specified in your proposal or package.
- Additional revisions beyond scope may incur an extra fee.
- Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client feedback.
4. Intellectual Property
- RankRider Solutions retains copyright and ownership of all original content, templates, and designs.
- Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their business.
- Templates, downloads, and plugins are for personal or internal business use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or repackaged without written consent.
5. Digital Products & Instant Downloads
- All RankRider Solutions templates, guides, and downloads are delivered electronically.
- No physical products are shipped.
- Files are available instantly after payment via download link or email confirmation.
- UK/EU Waiver:
By downloading or accessing a digital product immediately after purchase, you waive your 14-day cooling-off right under the UK Consumer Rights Act and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of technical failure. - If you experience a technical issue, please contact support@rankridersolutions.com
within 7 days of purchase.
6. Plugins & Software (MetaMate AI SEO Plugin)
- Licenses and download details are sent automatically after payment.
- Refunds may be granted only if the plugin is proven defective and cannot be fixed within 14 days of notification.
- MetaMate follows WordPress security guidelines and PCI DSS-compliant transactions for maximum safety.
